Letter
of Recommendation to Supplement Program Application Form
In order to be considered, each applicant must submit a completed Application Packet. Each packet must include:
- The Program Application
- Applicant Statement (see page 4 of application)
- Official transcripts from every institution that awarded applicant a degree
- Two letters of recommendation from individuals who are in a position
to write analytically about applicant's academic or professional
qualifications. All letters of recommendation should utilize the Letter
of Recommendation to Supplement Program Application Form. These
may be sent in separately from the application packet, but must
arrive by the deadline to be considered.
